1. NO-REFUND POLICY
All conference registrations are final.
Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, illness, travel delays or cancellations, failure to attend, or employer denial of reimbursement.
By completing registration, the participant acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final and non-refundable.
2. TRANSFER POLICY – INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION
Individual registrations may be transferred to another person, provided that:
- Written notice is submitted via email at least 7 calendar days before the event.
- Full replacement attendee information is provided.
- The substitute attendee meets eligibility requirements.
No transfers will be permitted within 7 days of the event.
3. CORPORATE GROUP REGISTRATION POLICY (5 + 1 Complimentary)
Corporate group packages (5 paid registrations + 1 complimentary registration) are subject to the following conditions:
- All 6 registrations must be completed in the same transaction to qualify.
- Group discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
- No partial refunds will be issued if fewer than 6 attendees attend.
- The complimentary registration has no cash value.
- The corporate package may not be split across multiple transactions.
Corporate substitutions are permitted up to 7 days before the event with written notice from the designated primary contact.
If one or more attendees cancel, no refund will be issued. Substitutions are encouraged instead of cancellations.
4. CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) DISCLAIMER
Continuing Education (CE) hours will be provided in accordance with applicable accrediting standards.
To receive CE credit, participants must:
- Attend the full seminar session.
- Sign in and sign out.
- Complete the required evaluation form.
- Meet any additional accreditation requirements.
Failure to complete attendance and evaluation requirements will result in forfeiture of CE credit.
No refunds will be issued due to failure to qualify for CE credit.
CE certificates will be distributed electronically within a reasonable timeframe after the event.
The organiser does not guarantee employer acceptance of CE credit.
5. MEDIA RELEASE & CONSENT
By attending this event, participants grant Sparkling Star Development Strategies LLC and its representatives permission to photograph, record, and capture video and audio content during the event.
Participants acknowledge and agree that any photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or likeness captured may be used for advertising, promotional, marketing, educational, social media, website, print, and other business-related purposes without compensation.
Participants waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product in which their likeness appears and release Sparkling Star Development Strategies LLC from any claims arising out of the use of such media materials.
If a participant does not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, it is their responsibility to notify the event organizer in writing before the event.
6. EVENT MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, venue, or format if necessary.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, registrations will automatically transfer to the new date.
If the event is canceled by the organizer and not rescheduled, the organizer may, at its discretion:
- Issue a credit toward a future event.
- Provide partial reimbursement.
- Provide virtual access if applicable.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
Sparkling Star Development Strategies LLC shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or venue closure.
In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and may be replaced with event credit.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This policy and all matters arising out of or relating to the conference shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located within the State of Georgia.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering for or attending this event, the participant or corporate representative acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Registration, Refund, Media, and Transfer Policy.
REGISTRATION AGREEMENT
By signing below, I acknowledge that:
- All registration fees are non-refundable.
- Transfers are permitted with written notice at least 7 days prior.
- Corporate group registrations (5+1) must be completed in one transaction.
- CE credit requires full attendance and evaluation completion.
- I consent to photography and video recording for promotional and advertising purposes.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
