The Voice Behind The Vision
Dr. Chichi O’Koli, DNP-Ed, MSN-HI, RN, LFP, is the Founder and Chief Empowerment Strategist of Sparkling Star Development Strategies LLC, DBA Take Charge with Dr. Chichi™. With over three decades of experience in healthcare, education, leadership, and clinical informatics, Dr. Chichi is widely recognized for her passion for empowering nurses and healthcare professionals to rise from burnout to breakthrough.
Her professional journey spans bedside nursing, midwifery, nursing education, leadership in professional associations, and clinical informatics. Throughout her career, Dr. Chichi has witnessed firsthand the emotional, physical, and financial toll that chronic stress and burnout place on healthcare professionals. Rather than allowing burnout to define her, she used it as a catalyst to create systems, conversations, and tools that help others reclaim their peace, purpose, and power.
Dr. Chichi is the creator and host of the podcast Take Charge with Dr. Chichi™, a global platform dedicated to honest conversations about burnout, recovery, leadership growth, career fulfillment, and financial empowerment. Through interviews, solo episodes, and educational content, she amplifies real stories and practical strategies that inspire listeners to take ownership of their personal and professional journeys.
In addition to her work in education and coaching, Dr. Chichi is a licensed independent financial professional. She integrates financial literacy into her empowerment work, helping individuals understand how financial clarity, risk management, and long-term planning are essential components of sustainable well-being. Her approach is education-first, ethical, and rooted in helping people make informed decisions that align with their values and goals.
