CANCELLATION POLICY
15+ days before event → 75% refund
10 days before the event → 50% refund
Less than 10 days → Non-refundable
LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sparkling Star Development Strategies LLC, DBA Take Charge with Dr. Chichi™, and venue partners from any claims arising from participation.
FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
